On November 22, Li Yongxi, Chairman and President of Zhiguang Electric, led a team to UFA headquarters to meet with Chairman Li Gang and his executive team, making the signing of a Memorandum of Strategic Collaboration on Global Energy Storage. Lin Zebo, Senior Vice President of Zhiguang Electric, and Chen Lei, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors of UFA, signed the memorandum on behalf of the respective companies. This cooperation aims to advance the development and construction of global energy storage projects, integrate resources and foster business innovation, ensuring sustained growth in the global energy storage sector.

During the meeting, Chairman Li Yongxi outlined Zhiguang Electric’s industrial layout and business development. He highlighted that both Zhiguang Electric and UFA, as leading technology enterprises in China's manufacturing industry, have strategically focused on developing the global energy storage markets and already achieved a stage of success. Expressing confidence in the comprehensive strategic cooperation between two companies, he anticipated that the memorandum would help broaden and deepen the cooperation, enhance customer values, and create a mutually beneficial and win-win situation.

Chairman Li Gang praised the achievements of Zhiguang Electric. After a brief introduction to UFA and the background of their overseas cooperation, he suggested that both parties further deepen the communication and collaboration in implementing of the memorandum. He emphasized the potential for joint exploration in the expansive field of energy storage, business model innovation, aiming  to create customer value, and create a win-win future.

The cooperation memorandum highlights the importance of technological innovation and resource integration. Zhiguang Electric will provide advanced energy storage system integration and products and services in line with international standards. UFA will leverage its overseas operational experience and marketing advantages, collaborating with China’s leading energy storage technology and practical experience to create products that meet the needs of international customers, enhance competitiveness and empower customers, and inject new impetus into the high-quality development of the energy storage industry.

The memorandum signifies the formal initiation of the in-depth cooperation between the two parties in energy storage sector. The collaboration is set to enhance the mutual business in global markets and strengthen the brand influence.
